Skin Tightening
Skin tightening can be achieved through several means. At the De Pieri Clinic, the following treatments can be used alone or in combination to achieve this:
Carbossi therapy, CO2 laser resurfacing, V-beam laser
Carbossi therapy is a unique treatment using carbon dioxide gas injected under the skin to cause tightening of the skin. This can be done in areas such as the face (around the eyes, cheeks, and jowls) to help tighten sagging skin, or it can be done on cellulite of the legs, buttocks, and abdomen to smooth and tighten the skin. Carbossi actually helps thicken the skin and reduce fat tissue. It can be done alone, or in combination with other treatments, such as the CO2 fractional ablative laser for maximal effect.
The fractional CO2 laser is the De Pieri Clinic's most powerful and effective laser for skin tightening. It penetrates deeper than any other type of laser currently available to stimulate collagen under the skin. Collagen remodeling continues for several months after treatment with this laser. The fractional technology insures greater safety, with rapid healing and very little risk of causing unwanted pigment change. Results from this laser last for years!
